NJM Plumbing was established in 2008 by myself, Neil Morrison. I wanted to offer a quality service of work at a reasonable price and offer accountability along with it.

As far as I am concerned, for a business to be successful, the key is to keep your clients happy. I want my clients to trust me and have the confidence that they will get a first class result along with a first class service. I also want my clients to know they can recommend my services to their friends and family with confidence.

Plumbing is one of those services which the average person knows very little about and are therefore in a vulnerable position. They are relying on the person offering the service to be honest and clear with their diagnosis of the problem and what work needs to be carried out.
