Neil from NJM plumbing is one of those rare tradesmen that actually deliver what they say. Neil's advice at the start of the job was invaluable in choosing the right fittings for my bathroom, avoiding costly hold ups if unsuitable fittings were bought.

Even when the work turned out to be more extensive than originally planned for (rotten joists which had to be replaced and missing shower components from manufacturer) Neil managed to fit the extra work needed around his other commitments.

The overall finish is to a consistent high standard that many people have commented on, Neil's attention to detail is second to none. I have recommended him to all of my friends and will continue to do so.

I am writing to thank you for the work you carried out at our house recently. We particularly appreciated all the help you gave us at the outset in researching online the various products we needed (kitchen sink and taps, showers and replacement bathroom tap cartridges) and in helping us to compare prices and get the best value for money.

We were also pleased that you kept us abreast of the ordering process so that you could give us an accurate estimate of when you would be able to do the work, and that you came when you said you would! The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently, and you left the kitchen and both bathrooms in excellent order.

You were of course also very helpful in sorting out the leaking bathroom hot water cylinder, spotted just before you left us, effecting a temporary repair and giving us guidance as to what we should do to maintain the status quo while waiting for the new cylinder to be delivered. Because of the design of the airing cupboard and the existing plumbing around the cylinder, the job was not an easy one, but you worked late and uncomplainingly to finish it by the agreed deadline.

We were very impressed by your high standards and the friendly andcommitted service you offered, and would be happy to recommend you!
